Ryan was away this weekend rafting up in Maine.

Sunday Funday

Hah.... Thats me on the roof putting on handball gloves....

So Sunday started off early and we headed out to Manchester to play some Handball. It was pretty hectic with everyone running around so I didn't get any Pics while I was there but it was great weather and great games. Ryan's game is continuing to improve and its a lot of fun to play with a white ace. It is a much more lively ball and skips off the three wall courts more near to what I think a red ace should come off like. (The red ace reacts very differently at the 3 wall courts compared to a standard 4 wall court.)

Anyways after handball I headed onto the roof to finish putting in some new gutter foam to prevent the gutter from clogging. I had to wear handball gloves because the roof was quite hot on the other side.

Can't quite reach this one... was a bit too hot to lay down... will try again later. I was able to clear it at least.

The company that puts this out is called FXI. http://www.fxi.com/ The ƒx caught my eye. ;) The foam is triangular shaped and fits perfectly into the gutter under the brackets. It allows air and water to flow freely.

On the way back home we caught a turtle trying to cross 354, Ryan rescued him and brought him to the Pond.

He was a shy fellow.

Now dinner time is rolling around so going to reheat some chicken from last night and grill up some cheddar bratwurst dogs and hot dogs and whatever sides Robyn puts together. :)

It was a relaxing weekend. Saturday Robyn had to work so I took the kids to the movies and we saw X-Men: First Class with Travis, Erica and Anya. (Nate fell asleep but it was a pretty good movie, just probably not for 4 year olds... too many slow parts perhaps). Sunday we got up early and headed down to the three wall courts but alas it was too wet to play. Instead we decided to try some 4 wall courts and we captured some video. Enjoy!

Nathaniel Gets a new Bike

So Nathaniel's new Bike came today! He had outgrown his old bike and we found one on sale. When we got home FedEx was delivering it and he was super excited. It came disassembled so we had to assemble it. He helped and he loved it. We will probably take if for a test spin tomorrow. (It was pretty late by the time we got it assembled tonight.)

Ryan spent the day in Boston and picked up a plasma orb electric toy:

In other news yesterday I got caught in thunderstorm running from work to my car. There was a tree down on route 2 which caused some delays and lot of lightning. When I got home there were branches all over my driveway and a tree down in the backyard.

I realized the other day that I haven't posted any of Nathaniel's Birthday pictures up. I will have to add them soon. (At least some of the wonderful pictures) I posted the family party pics but he had another party with all his friends and it was a very memorable birthday for him.

Not much to report. Dealing with some stressful situations but got to blow off a little steam playing handball with Dan and Thomas. (Much needed) I haven't been running much but playing handball instead. I expect to run again soon though. (I do miss running, my last run was on 6/4/2011!)
